Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Shipping is free on every US order. For international orders, shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay, and most international orders arrive within 10-30 business days depending on the destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Delivery time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7–14 business days. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally take longer during holidays, bad weather, or carrier delays.

Made-to-order items

Personalized items, like our custom pet photo keychains, are made just for you in the USA after you order. Please allow about 5-7 business days for us to make your item, plus shipping time. Most personalized orders arrive within 10-14 business days. Ordering a gift? We recommend ordering early, especially during the holidays.

Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Multiple items

If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll try to update it before the order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn’t updated in a while or your package hasn’t arrived within the expected time, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and we’ll help..
